Hey Mo, looks and sounds like you all had a wonderful time!! So happy for you all. A ukele, what a blast!! Your Mum looks fabulous. Loving what you are doing with Jude’s bag. And oh the Black Barnacle Moon is just beautiful. Glad your home safe and sound, Marg oxox

  3. Love Jude’s weave up close, and your perfect embellishments–Can you see the tiny heart on the black barnicle? It’s left of center at about 8 O’clock.

    Lovely post, Mo.
Nothing like it .. the leaving home to go to a new place never before seen …
Yes, there’s no place like home. But there’s no place like somewhere else
    either.

The Barnacle Goose loves your black barnacle! What a beautiful post this is, Mo, Jude’s fabric, your stitching and that wonderful sketch at the end!

thanks for the good words Carol, it’s so good to be back but it’s very cold and rainy after that brief doorway into summer & the house is leaking again!

How beautiful! That indigo weave and color partners so well with moon shapes ! That barnacle is incredible. I’m glad you had a good time and I’m glad you’re back!

Hey Mo. Glad to see you *back* from *here*. Such a beautiful place. Gorgeous bag. A collaboration of you, Jude, and the ocean. A place to hold your shell memories. Perfect!

    • Mo Crow says:

I don’t know if I should send the bag to Mom for the shells I found for her (there was one that looked like a piece of the moon with what resembled an Incan design carved by the sea) or to my brother Mike to hold the heart shaped shell I gave his beautiful wife Debbie or just be selfish and keep it to hold the memories of the journey and our family gathering.

  9. LOVE…
always the moon in my pocket
so happy for your travels gypsy friend

Mo, this bag is simply dreamy! It’s perfect for any of those ocean treasures. What a beautiful vacation spot you enjoyed. That is a gorgeous part of our East Coast!

    • Mo Crow says:

Thanks for popping in Shishi, it was lovely having a doorway into summer, back to a wet wintery week here in Sydney but Spring is just around the corner Hooray!
