You can easily get light bulbs (well, some), but macaws -DING!

  3. Here’s hoping you find an affordable new light and thanks for the delicious bird beauty with smiling faces.

(((Els))) just edited this post to clarify that the new light bulb arrived in the post yesterday afternoon, it was the right one, fits purrfectly & works, it’s so good to be able to see, draw and stitch again!

Yay! it is so satisfying to fix what was broken and resume the accustomed path. I’m glad your new bulb worked in so smoothly.
Birds have such intense energy in such lightweight frames. That macaw is just gorgeous. How cool it must have been to make his acquaintance.

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Dana))) meeting that remarkable bird was magic! Y’know I use that magnifying lamp every day and felt almost blind without it, such a relief to be able to see again !

MC – I had to smile about you being in a bit of a snitch – but good to know you are back in the light. Cheers. B

Wow I shall have a feast catching up with all the posts here. But I wanted to leave a comment at the beginning as I loved the looks of that man and his macaw companion is quite magnificent.
