(((Martine))) sorted the garden here yesterday, gave all the plants that won’t tolerate frost to neighbours and repotted the few that can make the move. There’s a whole new world of gardening in a cool climate to explore, ordered some Blue Tibetan Poppy aka Meconopsidss baileyi seeds on Saturday to plant first up!

You so deserve this charming place…you worked long and hard to find your place and you did it! I am already imagining all that you will create in your studio. Happiness all over the place for you. spacious home and grounds and what amazing, wild and wonderful views.
In honor of your new home, 84 Hat Hill Road, I’ve put on one of my garden hats, wish I had a top hat and am dancing around humming a tune from an old movie, Top Hat, (Fred Astaire), dancing in joy for you, singing a bit of the song,

And I might add, raising my glass to say, Welcome Home.

(((Liz))) in all my years of renting houses it has never taken me 2 months to find a place, the rules change a lot when your a 67 year old woman on the Age Pension! The agent for this one was the same agent I applied with for the first one at 1a Kanimbla Road Blackheath. I learned a lot about how to present & what to say on the forms after filling out 8 tenancy applications!
