Fiona and Barry of Deckled Edge Press sent out their beautiful peace offerings for this International Day of Peace
This year’s Peace is a Journey weathergram hanging out with the rest of the gang at the front door
it’s very windy this afternoon so it was a bit tricky to get all the weathergrams facing the right way!
and here’s the Peace button (I must do some dusting!)

we had a picnic with our friends Richard & Marika for the first time since the Covid variant D lockdown started 3 months ago here in Sydney, it was so good to catch up with friends again!
Richard took this magic photo of the Full Moon last night!
Ooh, that is a magic photo! I love B&F’s PEACE celebrations (Liz has passed on a couple to me and I treasure them)…I feel more peaceful just coming here and seeing this post 🙂
(((Nancy))) Fiona and Barry shine such a beautiful beacon of hope and kindness into our world!
If only we could have peace always………………
(((Martine))) John Lennon sang Peace into our hearts with Imagine
I envy your string of peace weathergrams … how wise you were to keep them all in one place and how wonderful to see how they have indeed weathered over time
(((Liz))) your Imagine Peace is pinned to my heart Dream On!
The heartfelt gentle, peaceful way that Barry and Fiona have long showed what matters in this world, covers the planet with inspiration. On my calendar today, I glued a cut out of a dove with an olive branch in its mouth…the Journey toward Peace is never ending but so worth the continuing effort…my peace leaf from Barry shines on my altar. Several years ago, I gave 10 of them to friends and family around the country, one of them to our dear Michelle of New York…how I wish she were still with us to speak her truths and share her compassion for the world…
(((Marti))) beautiful dreamer, Shine On!
Peace be with us
(((Grace))) having a John Lennon memorial festival… “all we are saying is Give Peace a Chance”
Mo I LOVE that collection of peace weather grams at your place – ours were always too exposed and blew this way and that and the tropical downpours did for them a bit as well, so we oftentimes only had the remnant string (which was beautiful). I sit happily with the notion of small acts of peace; small ripples; small acts of kindness being a quiet and gentle energy buzz across the world…the quiet energy of peace between us. Go well.
(((Fiona))) your gentle weatherings of peace greet our visitors & us every time we come home!
