Beautiful!!!
(((Jude))) there are so many moons of wonder to explore in these treasures from Glennis!
up up and away….
(((Glennis))) my heart is singing with these treasures!
Oh my goodness. Wow. These are, each one, gorgeous! Such a gift from one moon lady to another 🙂
(((Nancy))) each one holds The Muchness (as the Mad Hatter played by Johnny Depp said to Alice in Tim Burton’s version of the book)
Well one of the places that Glennis’s wondrous, beautiful moons have taken you to is to my spot on the Earth, New Mexico. The moon on the right has everything that is a joy here:, the blue sky, the layers of sand and terracotta land; place of healing, ancient spirits and it lives up to its motto, Land of Enchantment… except when it becomes something else entirely as it did yesterday, perhaps in connection with your winter. Yesterday New Mexico was anything but heading toward summer: tornadoes, torrential rains, more than the usual fierce winds and hail the size of dimes in our place and the size of tennis balls in the northeast…!
(((Marti))) that one’s earmarked for the Summer Solstice in the Book of Seasons which I started with this one for the Autumn Equinox! I have dreamed of visiting New Mexico all my life, the land of the Coyote & Roadrunner!
Oh this really is a majestic gift…..I look forward to seeing where they take you.
I would say, fly me to the moon…………
(((Martine))) Glennis makes such good moon magic!
Marti, Mo~ I came back to read more and somehow Marti’s comment led to a very long ago memory. It was in the early 2000’s and we were visiting son in SF. We went to Pier 39 and wandered into the Peter Lik gallery. WOW! His work is so stunning that we’ve never forgotten. There was one moon pic that I’m pretty sure J. would have bought…if we had $!! This is that photo. We still talk about it to the day.

Mo, perhaps his link will provide stationary entertainment for Rod as he recovers 🙂 Thinking of you both.

(((Nancy))) beautiful !
Oh wow, even the name moon fire fills me with wonder and expectation and hope!
(((Fiona))) they are a wonderful point of departure after watching the eclipse last week!
I’m with Marti … the one on the far right reminds me of the Sangre de Christo mountains … and that green moon is quite an eye-catcher
(((Liz))) that green moon will work beautifully for spring with the mossy green silk velvets I just scored from Arlee Barr at FybreSpace & have always felt the colours of New Mexico are amplified here in the Land Down Under!
India Flint’s landscapes over on her Instagram feed have made me swoon lately, in part because of the rusty orange ocher colors of the land and flora. Those middle moons!!! Can’t wait to see what you do with them.
(((Dee))) those blood moons are wild things!
MC – such a gift – presents so many opportunities – but just beautiful in their own right. B
(((Barry))) that’s the challenge!
