Absolutely beautiful ..
(((Tina))) “Well, it’s a marvelous night for a moondance” opening line from ‘Moondance’ by Van Morrison 1970
Stunning! Do you see night pollinators come?
(((Beth))) I haven’t seen any moths but fruit bats are happily chattering & eating mangoes in the tree next door that shares our fence line
Mo, how i wish i could sit there with you and have a chat………………..
(((Martine))) that would be the best magic!
Cheers to beauty at midnight!
(((Glennis))) the witching hour!
Ethereal! Love the contrast of white on black.
((Dee))) they are ghostly grey shapes in the moonlight until I see them for that millisecond of the camera’s flash
Who could sleep with such beauty in the night?! Gorgeous Mo.
(((Nancy))) there’s always something to celebrate even on the darkest nights!
What a gift – and what beauty in each bloom…
(((Fiona))) such a wild thing, she makes my heart sing!
A delight….by 12.
(((Eliene))) there’s one more that will open tonight then the last two look like they are getting ready to dance with the Full Moon next weekend!
Wow! They look gorgeous and surreal! And what a fabulous name!!
((( Rose))) love how the flowers only open for one night!
beautiful – so luminous. We have snowdrops out over here – fragile to look at but withstanding winds snow and rain..
(((Susi))) love how snowdrops herald spring, Sydney is too hot for them but one day I will grow them when we move to the mountains!!
so beautiful!
(((Velma))) thanks for visiting!
MC – how long do they last once they have opened? B
(((Barry))) just the one night
Oh Mo what an exquisite flower!! Must be such a thrill for you and Rod to have in your garden. Does it have a perfume? Will you be able to take a cutting or whole plant with you when you move house? Just love them!!!! Marg..ox
(((Margaret))) it’s in a small pot sitting securely behind the steel mesh, will move it to one of our customer’s with a wild subtropical garden before we move to the mountains as it doesn’t like the cold. This one has a subtle scent but there is a cultivar that looks identical with a fabulous perfume.
