  3. Beth says:

I have a friend who has one of these in her greenhouse. She called us one summer night several years ago to see if we’d like to come see it in bloom. We drove to her place and walked in the dark to the greenhouse. It was a magical night. Are they scented? I seem to recall an amazing scent but perhaps it was just the magic. A night I’ll never forget. Can’t imagine what it’s like to have one outside in the wild. We’ve been below freezing for 15 days in a row. About 15 inches of snow pack on our long long driveway. Hoping to be able to get out this weekend. Whisper my name to your queen of the night.

(((Beth))) these have a subtle perfume, I just whispered your name as the sun is gertting ready to come up and the flowers are folding, they only last one night.

could She be included in March’s river moon????????????????

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Grace))) lovely thought but no I won’t be stitching flowers into the River of Moons, they and all the gardens we tend are there in spirit along with the memories of my friend Julie and the dream of one day moving to the mountains.

  5. Nancy says:

MC – very unusual looking buds – and such beautiful blossoms – such joy that they appear at night. B
