Go with the flow… a river of moons marking time…  WIP Mo20
at each New Moon I stitch in the next moon in this year of marking time
there’s a rhythm rolling back and forth with each new moon turning the story
here’s a link to the WIP widdershins

  4. Liz A says:

how wise you were to stretch this project out over the course of a year … and lucky us to watch over your ether-real shoulder

  5. Marti says:

Getting lost in such a good way with the flow of this stellar, magnificent story of time, longing, way-finding, heart seeking direction of a cloth…the materials are beautiful but it is your hands that stitch from your heart and vision that are turning this cloth into a talisman of hope, possibility and landing one’s heart desire…

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Marti))) stitched with the blue of longing into the flow of time as our dream of moving to the Blue Mountains shimmers like a mirage on the horizon…

  6. Margaret Johnson says:

Exquisite Mo. Best wishes to you and Rod, stay well….. Marg..oxox

  7. Saskia van Herwaarden says:

    wow

  8. Hazel says:

Gorgeous. I’m struck by all of your intricate stitches and thoughts between the moons.

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Hazel))) thanks for the good words of encouragement it needs a lot more stitching to settle the moons into the flow but I can see how it’s going now

  9. fiona says:

An unfurling of moons….marvellous! The detailed stitching is divine, but I love the slow reveal and unravelling – somehow it feels like we need slow reveals right now.

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Fiona))) it’s surprising what this one will and won’t allow… one of the things I really like about stitching is a line can be unstitched without a trace… looking forward to loosening up with more unravelling along the way

  10. Martine Bos says:

    Oh Mo………………….

  11. ravenandsparrow says:

I enjoyed scrolling through the posts from the beginning, watching how you integrate and embellish each moon as it takes its place. The progression through time adds depth and feeling to this glorious piece. I want to write “I can’t wait…” for it to be finished, but I can wait. I want to see it unfold.

  12. Barry says:

Hi MC – love the detail – like a whisper of cloud shedding over the surface of the moon. Best wishes as 2020 comes to a close; may 2021 be more positive and joyful year. B
