Exquisite cover…so perfectly holding this wonderful collection of stitched natural materials juxtaposed to ink drawings…lovely, wonderful book that calls out to be held, viewed and treasured.

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Kristin))) I waxed the covers and added a little graphite round the edges of the windows as the handmade paper is so soft it marks easily. The pages stitched together beautifully with an x in each corner & a stitch in the centre of each foredge for stability

  3. Carol says:

Absolutely breath taking, Mo! Your vision is only exceeded by your skills with needle and pencil. Quite amazing and full of Mo magic.

    Stunning! Love the delicacy.

  7. fiona says:

Even tho I have loved the emergence of each individual page, nothing prepares one for the fullness of the book – and oh to see it and hold it would add even more! I love your graphite touches around the windows and the gentle, quiet reverie of the reading…such an elegant and poetic piece, beautiful!

  8. Hazel says:

Sighing in the fragile beauty of it…

    • Mo Crow says:

(((Hazel))) Honesty is surprisingly resilient, when I finished the binding the book was placed under weights over night so the covers would lay flat, in doing this the plant material made an impression on the drawing and helped key the stitched pages together

  9. Mo, I have watched as you revealed page after page of this incredible book. I have been touched by each and every one; the language you have invented here goes much deeper than words.
