oooh they have interesting stories to tell – fabulous!

    • Mo Crow says:

they do Fiona! there’s tales of reaching out and finding a sense of balance with a wry sense of humour thrown in from being just a little tipsy (en vino veritas)
PS had a totally hypochondriacal moment this morning when the sun came beaming through the window just as I was finishing painting the last tendril with the black ink… the glare made everything go all blurry & I thought eek, I’m going blind! took my glasses off a bit later and they were filthy, so good to see clearly again!

  3. Definitely a language

  4. vdbolyard says:

love the dirty glasses story–familiar to me! but the tendrils are so fun–i battle away with them as i harvest wild grapes. they are funny, and useful things.

    • Mo Crow says:

love how the wood in each tendril is so different to the stems which decay very quickly, the best ones are from a vine that grows indoors that we prune hard every year to allow the winter sun in.

Every time I glance at it I think I see Ariel sitting in the lower left corner. Or maybe a plumper version. Then I look properly and he’s gone. More Mo magic.
