tendril cyphering continued…
I have ideas that includes tendrils and my son has a grape vine . . .
The front of bad weather that has been blasting you on the Australian east coast is heading across the Tasman. Here’s hoping it loses it’s intensity: there isn’t much sand between me and the sea.
they are such lively little things, have been playing with them for years Susan Kapuscinski Gaylord introduced me to their possibilities with her Spirit Books! Here’s a book I made back in 2013 of her Spirit Books, a wonderful journey but the Barrel of Fun from 2014 still gives me the most giggles
The tendrils are so calligraphic…spirit writing for sure. Your deftness and sensitivity with the pencil/brush really catches their meandering essence.
thanks for these good words Dana, I was thinking of stitching each of those 7 hopeful feathered things with the crow eyebeads and black tendrils to paper but they needed to dance with some bones so I am stitching them together with red thread now to see what they want to do next!
Ahhhhh keeping busy 😉
(oops, had to catch up !)
just marking time, will be so good to get going with hand colouring of the Crow Books, very soon x fingers, less that 3 months to go!
Love your tendril folk!
