So funny to think we’re all on the same planet.

It’s such a beautiful time of year, isn’t it? All our leaves are brown too, apart from the ones which are flaming red and orange. 🙂

-1C this morning in the Yarra region…..brrrr. Our Liquid Amber is the last to lose her leaves in our street, so our lawn looks very colourful. The cockatoos and the magpies are out there now, some rosellas scratching around yesterday; Wait, there is a Corella waiting her turn in the LA…fresh water always brings them in. Stay warm my friend.

We were at the Illawarra Tree Walk on Saturday and it was cccold there too but so beautiful we could ignore our frosty extremities for a while! Thank goodness for the Jamberoo Pub, a little heat oasis for us to thaw out!

It’s 6 June, after the very wet weekend and the Liquidambers, that I thought would never turn, have suddenly gone yellow! They missed Autumn altogether, so it’s great to see some colour at last.
