mending-visionthe plastic sleeves on the arms of my 8 year old much loved easy twist frames melted on a very hot day a few weeks ago so I stitched new leather covers this morning, I need them for the final edit of the first proof today!

Good grief! I thought it was hot here!

  2. Julie Banks says:

What a great idea- they will probably feel a lot better as well!

  3. Eliene says:

You are so ingenious Mo…….most people.. [like me].. would just throw them out. Great idea * I like how they are more comfortable. I hope you weren’t working that day in that heat.

  4. 45 degrees?! My goodness, that’s too hot! I would have melted myself. I like how resourceful you are, the glasses look great!

    • Mo Crow says:

it was too hot! the best place to be was inside with the fan on & wet sarongs in the doorways, the good thing about Sydney is a southerly usually blows in to cool everything down & it did!

  5. Christina says:

Immaculate! Ingenious….intricate. Looks beautiful, serviceable, comfortable. Did you sew in sections or all one piece? A beautiful version of ‘make do and mend!’ .

  6. Bravo your clever solutions!

  7. dotti says:

well done Mo! They look speculator!

  8. Carol says:

You never cease to amaze, Mo, as you turn your hands and imagination to anything and everything. An elegant solution…
