sea-spongetextures made by tiny shells embedded in the sea sponge
corallooking through the holes and folds in dead coral
bristle-star-and-rose-petalI tried to stitch some boar bristles with a silver strand of my hair into a scrap of whisper silk organza held in an embroidery hoop, dissatisfied with the artifice I cut it out & stitched it to this page. A page that contains boar bristles, your own silver hair and a fragile rose petal sounds unbelievable but in actual fact is so very beautiful! Your eye is so true and your touch so sure and gentle that you perform tiny miracles, Mo. As for your drawings, stunning…

  2. ravenandsparrow says:

The interplay of two and three dimensional texture is so delicate. Drawing and object drawn both project one being.

  3. Beautiful work, loved the feathers in the previous post as well.
