Reg-Mombassa-NYE-2013-bannerOne of my favourite artists Reg Mombassa was the creative ambassador for the City of Sydney NYE 2013 celebration
These fabulous Shine banners were hung all over the city so I scored one and it’s now hanging in the stairwell!

Fabulous Mo, can’t wait to see it in the flesh. Inspired to even THINK to find out if they were available!

    • Mo Crow says:

Old Man Crow did the ladder work this time! The first hooks fell straight out of the wall as soon as we tried to hang it but the second lot are nailed in at a good angle so it’s holding well & billows nicely in the wind, Ariel is a bit worried but trying to ignore it!

  3. Dotti says:

Wow Mo, how on earth did you score that one? Its absolutely fantasmorganic!!!! Well done girl friend!XXX Dotti

What a Great Wall hanging! You really do need that long space – oh, I’ve just noticed that iPad gave caps to Great Wall! Darn, and again. Giving credit to Reg Mombasa, anyway. Looks perfect on your stairs!

    • Mo Crow says:

Love Reg, I cornered him at one of his shows about 15 years ago at Watters Gallery to say “Thank you for being the visual spokesperson of our times” to which he shyly replied “I’m not!”
