String Theory at the MCA

stringtheoryVisited the String Theory exhibition at the MCA  and bought a metre of this ochre dyed hand twisted string
In the background you can see this small woven basket by Margaret Olah form the Craft NSW gallery

    Margaret Olah’s basket looks so cute! I wonder if she would like some more material…our yard is littered with that palm trash! (Inverted, it’s a smashing little hat, isn’t it );-)

    Lovely basket! Your string reminds me that somewhere I have a coil of hand made string from Funafuti. Must find. Also, MUST see the String Theory exhibition. Thanks for the reminder.
