Art Lessons by Susan Kapuscinski GaylordSusan Kapuscinski Gaylord has written a wonderful book of reflections from her life as an artist. She is one of the most generous, inspiring, big hearted artists working today, you buy it here. Her Spirit Books series is so inspiring, you can see more about them here.
& talking of inspiring artists, yesterday we visited the Botanica exhibition at the Sydney Royal Botanic Gardens, Christobel Spafford’s “Datura wrightii” on scratchboard was the standout for me
Datura wrightii by Christobel SpaffordI almost felt like starting Looking for You all over again but am just stitching tiny black marks into a white scarf instead
black-and-white in process by Mo 2013surprised at how very few marks need to be made…
