I Got the Blues I Got the Blues in process By Mo Orkiszewskihoping to get it finished by the New Moon next week!
the Angel’s Trumpets out in the garden are in full flight, the perfume was fantastic for the half moon last night

great moon image. and that sketch is just fabulous. when i first looked, i thought i saw a train coming right towards me.

    • Mo Crow says:

hehe! a train… did you see the film Hugo? it’s just a big Full Moon shining darkly through the night but Old Man Crow loved the train reference, you took him back to when he was working as a psychiatric nurse back in the 70’s. In the middle of the night he was doing the rounds with a flashlight when a nervous voice peeking out from the covers asked “Are you the night train?”

  2. Valerianna says:

Wonderful – hope you’ll show us the final product after the new moon.

    • Mo Crow says:

will do Valerianna, I like putting the image on the blog whilst still in process to help me see it more objectively. I’m working on big sheets of watercolour paper which makes it hard to get far enough away to really see it as a whole until I stand on the chair to take the photos!

  3. Mo'a says:

Old Man Crow looks like he is quite to prankster. Your have a wonderful talent.
I don’t know if you noticed my banner? It is a photo of Grackles that were below my bird feeder…on the far right is one that is staring another one down. The Grackle that is being threatened has the most amusing stance.
I love both the book and the movie Hugo…I wanted to see it in 3D at the movie house rather than wait until it comes out in DVD, which I am sure I will buy 🙂

    • Mo Crow says:

Good photo Mo’a! I met a gang of grackles near my Mom’s apartment complex in Houston last time I was over there, they are quite the tricksters & I agree Hugo is a must see in 3D on the big screen!
